Davila was playing video games while taking care of King Jay, citing details in a new affidavit about his arrest. King Jay was in a car seat by the bed Christopher was sitting on when the car seat fell. King Jay, who was not strapped in, was found with a big bump in his eye, according to KSAT. A few hours later, King Jay was dead, KSAT said.
